Centrifugal Huller
CentriSplit huller designed and manufactured by Pipal-Oak works on the mechanism of centrifugal force. This impact based mechanism is responsible for splitting open the hard seed coat. Since there is no friction during the process, the grains/nuts obtained from this machine are not subjected to increased temperature thereby ensuring longer shelf life. Electronic controls are provided to exert maximum efficiency from the machine during hulling of different seeds.
Dhal splitter
Dhal splitters are specifically designed and manufactured to process pulses. With a robust design, the machine is manufactured using high end engineering materials to improve wear resistance thereby decreasing the operational cost to the processor.
Rubber roll sheller
Pipal-Oak has adapted the age old technology of rubber roll shelling to process paddy with improvision on key aspects like the material usage and power consumption to provide our ever expanding rice processors a competitive edge. The paddy shells are precisely collected at the cyclone units to provide better quality output.
Steel polisher
Steel polishers from Pipal-Oak are particularly manufactured using Stainless Steel 304 so as to ensure the processed rice is free of any metallic impurities and to adhere to strict industrial norms. Carefully designed air units ensure the bran removed during processing is collected at a specific point outside the machine.
