Flour mill/pulveriser
Pipal-Oak is constantly working with the feed mill industry and grain processing industry to provide best in town flour milling solutions. Blade pulverisers are specifically designed to convert grains into flour and grits. Hammer agitators are used in the grinding of finer ingots in the feed mill industry.
Grain roaster
The grains and grits are always roasted to extract moisture and provide an enticing aroma to the food products. With Pipal-Oak’s drum roaster, the processor is better equipped with a dependable technology to the roasting process. The machine is designed to operate both on gas and electric energy. In order to ensure uniform roasting, the machine is fitted with temperature sensors and RPM control units. As the ingots are roasted, the discharge volume is directly over a cooler chamber that cools down the volume uniformly by natural air flow.
Gyro-sifter
Pipal-Oak’s gyro sifter is a specially designed technology to separate the grinded flour based on size. The sifter can be manufactured to possess as many as 5 screening chambers to separate the grinded volume into different fraction based on size. Driven by a typical vibro motor and mounted on spring suspensions, the sieving accuracy can be controlled by varying the rotating masses within the motor
