Seed cleaning machines

Vibro grader

Driven by a vibro motor on both sides, Pipal-Oak vibro grader is capable of separating solid ingots based on their sizes into different fractions. Compartmentalized sieve arrangement ensure the separation process is done in a compact space arrangement. The operation of the machine is maintained smooth by the rubber isolators. Vibro grader finds application in seed processing units, nuts cleaning facility, spice cleaning plants, pulses processing units.

Air classifier

Pipal-Oak’s Air Hawk air classifier uses air at different working pressure to separate the lighter impurities from the harvested volume from the fields. Air classification systems are designed in various conceptual methods to be installed at different points within a seed handling facility. Supported by centrifygal blowers and ducting system, the air classifier finds very important application in the separation of impurities

Vibro destoner

Seeds from the farm lands are always contaminated with stones that vary in size and texture depending on the type of seeds. Pipal-Oak’s vibro driven destoner unit, coupled with an appropriate negative suction blower is capable of effectively separating out the finer stones from the seeds.

Seed density separator

Owing to diversified agricultural practices, the processors often encounter partially matured seeds from the farming lands into the seed processing facility. In order to obtain better efficiency, the immature seeds need to be separated, which can be effectively done by Pipal-Oak’s RECCAM seed separator.
